Injury management traditionally has been reactive. We are passionate about getting ahead of the game and taking a proactive approach to reduce injury and enhance performance.
Rehab Potential is passionate about helping our local community stay as active as possible for as long as possible. To achieve this we offer physiotherapist-led workshops for local gyms and sporting clubs with the goal of helping members and athletes stay injury free and doing what they love.
Our workshops are designed to achieve the following:
Get ahead of the game - take a proactive approach to injury prevention by getting your mobility and strength tested by a physiotherapist.
Baseline physical testing - get a physical profile to learn your weak points and know where to target your training.
Maximise recovery - learn the magic of proper nutrition, rest, hydration, and soft tissue work to optimise your recovery and enhance performance.
Education - be equipped with the knowledge you need to return to training following injury or training with niggles.
